In the Northwest, we love salmon. It’s ingrained in our culture, our cuisine and our way of life. Our passion for the very best seafood drives us straight to the most sustainable source—right here in our own backyard.
Low impact reef net fishing methods and the use of solar powered boats used by our partner, Lummi Island Wild makes them one of the most sustainable fisheries on Earth.
Right now, you can find this sustainable and naturally smoked salmon in our seafood department. It’s tasty on its own but especially delicious in our creamy dill dip recipe served with a slice of our ancient sprouted grain bread baked from scratch in our bakery
