We’ve been working on a fantastic new item in our Seafood Case that will be available in a few short weeks. The recipe for our new handmade in-store crab cakes has just been finalized and we’ve got to admit, they’re really yummy. They’re made fresh in-store with a mix of Dungeness and Jonah crab, fresh garlic, grated parmesan, goat horn peppers, capers, cilantro and green onions and breaded with our own Bellaterra crustinis ground into bread crumbs from our Bakery. They’re great as a Crab Louie salad or use in place of ham for an Eggs Benedict. These cakes will be available in our Seafood Case mid-November.
