Make Seafood Sizzle

Seafood Skewer Grilling Tips

When it comes to grilling shrimp, the rule of thumb is the bigger the shrimp the better.

  • Grill large shrimp or scallops on a grill pan.
  • Seafood should only be turned once, halfway through the cooking time.
  • Once grilled, an extra dip in fresh marinade will add a punch of flavor.
  • Marinades are great for skewers, as their flavor penetrates seafood in no time.
