Winter Citrus Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 6 large oranges
  • 2 blood oranges
  • cranberries for garnish
  • mint for garnish

Directions

To peel the citrus, cut away peel and white pith in wide strips, following the contour of the fruit. Then cut the fruit crosswise into 1/4″ thick slices and remove seeds.

Arrange the citrus slices on a serving platter, alternating colors. Sprinkle with cranberries and garnish with
mint leaves.
