Mushroom Hash Brown Casserole

  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 lb frozen Alexia seasoned organic hash browns, thawed

Heat butter in saucepan over medium-high. Add mushrooms and onion, sauté until tender. Add hash browns and sauté until they are brown and tender. Spread the mixture evenly in a lightly coated dish. Cool and refrigerate.

Preheat oven to 325°. Remove dish from refrigerator and bake for 30 minutes.
