Cheddar Broccoli Rice Casserole
Comfort food for the soul that starts with our own handcrafted Cheddar Broccoli soup.
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 container Cheddar Broccoli soup
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°. Place the cooked rice in an 8″ casserole dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Place the chicken on top of the rice and sprinkle with black pepper. Pour soup over rice and chicken and top with shredded cheddar. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese on top is golden and casserole is bubbling.
