Butternut Squash Pizza

Deliciously easy pizza with gourmet Cider Sage Butternut Squash sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 prebaked pizza crust
  • 1 cup of Cider Sage Butternut Squash soup
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 fennel bulb sliced, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

Heat oven to 425°. Spread Cider Sage Butternut Squash soup evenly over the pizza crust and then layer on the mozzarella, red onion, fennel and feta or goat cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper and cook according to pizza crust directions. When finished baking, take pizza out of oven, top with arugula and drizzle with olive oil and serve.
