Pineapple Smoothie

Pineapples are nutrition-packed with vitamins A, C, B3, E, B, K, Ca, Mg and Fe! Blend up this sweet Hawaiian pineapple smoothie for a nutrient-rich breakfast or the perfect summertime cool-down.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Splash of coconut milk
  • 2 fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Directions:

  • Chop pineapple into cubes.
  • Add pineapple and ice to blender.
  • Add a splash of coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
