This wet Northwest weather makes bratwursts and spiced ales sound like a true holiday miracle. Our brats are handmade in our stores by grinding our all natural pork shoulder and filling it into a natural casing. Our meat clerks use a hand crank sausage maker to perfectly craft each individual brat.
