Our soups are locally crafted in Oregon with real ingredients. Find our hot soups in our delicatessen and more chilled varieties that are easy to heat and serve at home. We offer many vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free soup varieties.
Our deli has delicious center-of-plate options to make mealtime easy. Choose from a full deli case of seasonal, fresh selections including:
- Coconut Chicken – Made from scratch in our kitchen from chicken tenders from Draper Valley in Mount Vernon, Washington.
- Homestyle Meatloaf – Simply heat and eat. An original, all beef recipe that has been sold in the Haggen stores for over 20 years.
- Prime Rib – USDA Select Beef cooked to a medium rare. Reheat in a little au jus for an amazing meal or prime rib dip sandwich.
- Lummi Island Reef Net Caught Baked Salmon – Wild pink salmon from Lummi Island, Washington flavored with Salt Works Smoked Salish Salt.
- Spanakopita – Locally produced by Alexis Restaurant in Portland, Oregon. Layers of filo dough, spinach, rice and Feta cheese.
- Savory Pot Pies – Fresh salmon, chicken and beef stuffed pies available daily.

Take n’ Bake Pizza
Our handcrafted take n’ bake pizzas are made with quality fresh ingredients and loaded with an Italian four cheese blend. Each crust is crafted by hand and layered with fresh ingredients in-store daily. Just take home and bake for an instant dinnertime hit. Try our new Bacon Chicken Ranch Pizza made with Hempler’s bacon and our own buttermilk ranch dressing or Greek Veggie with mushrooms, artichoke hearts Kalamata olives and feta.
