Barron Point Oysters
Our Barron Point Oysters were a 2014 winner at Elliott’s Oyster New Year in Seattle. Barron Point Oysters are from Washington’s South Puget Sound where they are grown on small, family-run shellfish farms. This nutrient-rich region cultivates some of the most plump, buttery oysters around with a sweet flavor and musky finish.
Penn Cove Mussels
Since 1975, Penn Cove Shellfish have been farming mussels in the icy waters off the coast of Whidbey Island, Washington. Penn Cove Mussels are native to the Puget Sound and are harvested only once they’ve been ordered to ensure the freshest oysters possible.
